We offer engineered flooring (multi-layered wood with a premium veneer) and solid flooring. Our collection includes American White Oak, American Walnut, African Iroko, African Doussie, African Wenge, African Afrormosia, Indonesian Teak, Indonesian Sonokeling, Indonesian Ulin, Indonesian Merbau, Indonesian Bangkirai, and Finger Joint Laminated Board.

  • Engineered Wood: Consists of a premium hardwood top layer (Lamella), multi-layered wood plies arranged in cross-laminated construction. This construction enhances dimensional stability, reduces warping, and makes it more suitable for humid climates.
  • Solid Wood: 100% natural hardwood, ideal for timeless beauty, durability, and the ability to sand and refinish multiple times.

Our engineered wood features Cross-Laminated Construction, German Emulsion Polymer Isocyanate adhesive, precision milling, and Italian cutting technology for flawless precision. It is designed to resist warping and cracking, even in extreme climates.

Our flooring features 9 layers UV Lacquered (scratch-resistant, glossy finish) or Oil-Based Treatment (natural matte look). Both options are moisture-resistant and low-maintenance.

We source from Indonesia (ulin, teak, bangkirai, merbau, sonokeling), Africa (doussie, iroko, wenge, and afrormosia), and the Americas (walnut, oak), ensuring a diverse selection of top quality materials. All imported woods comply with international legal standards

At AIA Floor, we take pride in delivering premium quality products straight from our factory. To ensure a smooth experience, here’s information that you should know:
(1) Quality Assurance: Every product undergoes rigorous inspection before leaving our factory.
(2) Order Accuracy: Due to natural variations in wood, order quantities may have a ±3% discrepancy to accommodate installation needs.
(3) Delivery Responsibility: Once goods leave our factory, shipping carriers/forwarders assume full responsibility for safe delivery.
We advise inspecting goods immediately upon receipt and reporting damage directly to the carrier for claims. For peace of mind, consider insuring your shipment with your chosen carrier.

  • Clean with a dry/microfiber cloth.
  • Avoid excessive water exposure.
  • For Outdoor Use: Reapply oil finishes every 1-2 years to protect against weathering
  • For Indoor Use:
(1) Wipe spills immediately with a slightly damp cloth, then dry thoroughly.
(2) Keep away from direct sunlight or heat sources to avoid fading or drying.
(3) Maintain stable humidity levels (40-60%) to prevent warping/cracking.
(4) Use coasters or trivets to protect against heat, moisture, and scratches.
(5) Reapply a light wood oil or indoor-safe finish every 3-5 years to preserve luster.

  • UV Lacquered: Highly durable finish that enhances scratch and moisture resistance, glossy, low maintenance.
  • Oil-Based: A more natural finish that penetrates the wood, enhancing its grain and allowing periodic reapplication.

For uneven surfaces, we recommend using a subfloor system or leveling before installation to ensure stability and longevity.

The lifespan of our wood depends on usage and maintenance:
  • Indoor: Can last several decades (often exceeding 40 years) especially if well maintained, as they are less exposed to moisture, uv rays, and extreme temperature changes.
  • Outdoor: With proper treatment and maintenance, our wood typically lasts 20-40 years. However, exposure to harsh weather or poor maintenance may reduce its lifespan to around 10-15 years.

We prioritize sustainable forestry, responsible sourcing, waste reduction, and eco friendly manufacturing to reduce enviromental impact.
